Default Rotational “womp womp” in front end

2014 f150 xlt 4x4 just purchased here’s what I’ve done already brand new tires, all new brakes pads rotors, both wheel hub assemblies, vacuum solenoid, check valve with no luck in stopping the noise so just before I go ahead and put 2 new actuators on it would just like some opinions on this starting to get annoying and pricey also noise does go away in 4 wheel
