Default Rock Auto

Anybody else order from them?

They sent me a 12" x 18" x 24" box with 7 oil filters, 2 air filters 2 windshield wipers and no packing material !!!!!!!

Never again, second time in a row for me.

They put no packing material in the box that was 10 times to big.... and you think that's not their fault???

That's all my stuff laying down there in the corner.... at the bottom of a 2 foot tall box.
Those are 22" wiper blades.

nope that is not their fault for shipping damage...looks like you need to re-evaluate your shipping choices

I don't know who the shipper was, but it wasn't packed worth a damn to begin with.

lame there was no packing material. I've never had anything but good experiences with rockauto. Packing like that would certainly get a response from me.
Of course you can't blame them for what looks like someone stepped on it lol

I don't think I've ever gotten a box from them that wasn't properly packed. Sounds to me like somebody opened it hoping for an early Christmas and only saw oil filters. lol

It is the holidays and seasonal help is never the same as the regular guys. That said, I agree Rockauto is the one ultimately responsible for poor packing procedures and who they contract to ship with. Have you sent them these pics? I would and ask for some type of refund at least on shipping and damaged materials.
