Default Replacing door latch cable?

Well I got distracted (kids) when I was swapping door speakers out and dropped the door panel. When it fell the plastic piece on the inside of the door panel that holds the cable snapped out of it. I’ve been searching for replacement part but only seem to find the cable. Does anyone know how to replace that part? Thanks in advance.

So I made a very similar mistake. I tried glues and even plastic welding, but couldn't fix the dumb thing. So I actually 3D printed a piece of plastic that I could zip tie to the cable. I am not saying it's safe to use, but it's what I am using so far with no problems for my 2017 F250 super duty. I made the part available for free on thingyverse. 25 cents of plastic was way better than the $100 part and the time to tear the rest of the door apart. Plus who know what else I would have broke if I kept trying to fix things on my door.
