Radio stopped working. Clock started flashing. 2011 F150 SuperCrew XLT.

Seems like the problem is a blown speaker. I read somewhere that this is a known issue. My passenger speaker had been cutting in and out and then the whole radio stopped working.

Can I install someone else's radio from a salvage yard? Would it work with my sync? Are there codes I need from the other truck?

Clock blinks but control buttons to reset clock don't even work. Could this be a computer issue instead of radio issue?
