Question replace or clean TB Bypass ?

Okay so I was cleaning out my K&N filter and TB yesterday and now today my idle jumps up to 1700 -2000 . I am taking it that when cleaned TB (just bought truck don't think it was ever cleaned reaaaaally gunky) somehow the bypass or ips (whatever want to call it) went haywire. Also before I would get into cleanng and such, is their maybe a fuse that might have blown

did you take the throttle body off the truck or just clean it out. id make sure you got your pcv hooked up correctly and the intake tube positioned correctly . get some carb cleaner and check and see if you have a vacuum leak would be a good start.

was gunked completely, took it off and cleaned, replaced the TPS, need to readjust the idle set screw seeing was so gummed up it was adjusted to the gunk not a flat TBI. Fun part is it was so long since was adjusted have to do it with vise grips..lol
