Default removing a egr tube

hello all, was trying to replace my egr tube which broken off at the lower end due to rust. got the new part. but when I tried taking the old connection off, it's impossible. the nut has completely fused onto the part that goes in the engine. tried heating, penetrating oil, nothing is working. it appears that on the egr tube, there is a nut that is suppose to screw onto a flare nipple. but I can't even make out the shape of the old one. any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for responding. Mcgyvered it. used the old egr tube, heat wrap and gasket maker and a couple of hose clamps. hope it holds together until after inspection which is in another month.
