Default Removing the cab?

While offroading the other day I landed my truck in the ditch. everything on the truck is 100% fine except the roof is caved in on the passenger side and the from fenders are a bit messed. I don't have collision insurance so no one mention it aha. Does anyone know how to remove the cab of the truck? Also I have a scab with a 6.5' box, if i got a screw cab with a 5.5' box would it fit my frame?

Thanks

I have a 2011 super cab cab if you want to upgrade . . A lot of parts to build one.

Cabs are actually very easy to remove on a Ford. hard to tell from pic exactly the year of yours?

I removed my 2011 F150 ecoboost cab in under 2.5 hours.

Probably not be able to adapt without measurements but I also have a 2011 roof for the 2011 SC
