Default Relay issue?

Hello,
I have a 2011 F-150 ECO Boost.
90,000miles
I only drive the truck a couple times a month recently.
A few weeks ago, I drove it for 15 minutes, and then shut it off for 2 hours. When I went to start it up, there was no juice. I opened the hood, and heard a constant clicking coming from the fuse box under the hood.
I removed the positive lead to the fuse box, and re-attached it. The clicking went away. I got a boost and it started up and drove normally for the next several weeks.
Now I went to the gas station, and it wouldn't start after I filled up. This time there was no clicking. I got a boost and it functioned normally. I had the battery and charging system checked, and they are all-good.
The dealer suggested I change 3 relays, which I will do. Any other ideas/experiences with this?
