Default Rear Disc Brake Problem...

Hello,

I have a 2000 Ford F150, V8 Triton, with rear disc brakes. It was time to change the rear pads and I have been changing my own pads on my cars and trucks for years. Long story short, I changed them out with new pads from Orielly's (kragen), everything seemed fine after I installed them. Then took it for a test drive and I heard a nasty grinding coming from the rear drivers side. So I removed the tire only to find out the top of the brake pad is actually scraping the inside of the rim. I took it apart made sure the pads were all in the correct positions on both sides and put it back together, still scraping. So I exchanged the pads for a different set thinking maybe the pads I got were wrong. New brand still scraping but now it's scraping on both rear tires where before it was only drivers side. I'm at a loss! Could it be something with the calipers? But it wasn't scraping before I decided to change the pads...I'm not sure but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
