Rear Brake Issue
To set the Stage, I have a F150-2012-Platium. I am having an issue with the right rear caliper sticking, wear the pad down to the backing plate and dig into the rotor. The dealer replaced the pad, rotor and caliper. This has happened twice, the dealer is in the process of changing the same parts. Has anyone seen this kind of a defect before? What caused it? What did you have to do to correct the problem and get the caliper not to stick?

Hmmm I wonder if they replaced the hose going to the caliper they replaced, I've seen hoses collapse inside that would allow brake fluid under pressure to enter the caliper but prevent it from flowing back like it should, I would hope the tech working on it would know that possibility, it might also be something wrong with the ABS hydraulic control unit, master cylinder, or a kinked steel brake line.
It's one of those gotta put hands on to be sure kind of things.
