Default Rear brake bracket replacement

There is a metal bracket attached to the frame of my 1999 F150 in the rear. The center brake hose and metal brake line from the master cylinder meet there to connect. It is original and not in good shape. I would like to replace it, but cannot find it for sale. Is this a Ford-only item?

Thanks

If that is the same as my '97 2WD, that bracket attaches to the rear axle via a threaded rear axle vent fitting. I had to get mine from the dealer.

Thanks, but I am talking about the other end of the hose where it connects to the metal line coming from the master cylinder. There is a bracket that the hose mounts through and then the metal line connects to the female hose connection.
