Question Random Starting Issue

I have an issue with what I will call short cranking while trying to start my F150. Randomly it will crank for a few seconds but doesn't start.
Usually it will do this 3 of 4 times and starts like normal. Today however, I ran out to pick up lunch and started fine when I left work, but when
I went to leave the restaurant it acted up and I probably tried 15 times before it started.
2017 3.5 Ecoboost w/ 56k miles, original battery.... any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Couple of easier-button things to suggest - inspect battery terminals for cleanliness and tightness, have battery load-tested as 7 years old is getting into the 'iffy' range on lifespan, check the computer codes for any electrical-type codes.

IT seems to crank very well, it just seems to quit cranking a little soon and it doesn't get a chance to start. Could a battery do that?
