Default Random hesitation

My 2016 F150 has recently started having a random hesitation at low rpm acceleration. I press the gas and is just slow to respond, like it isn't registering that I am pressing the gas, usually its only for a second or less, then it is fine. Like I said, this is random, and doesn't do it every time I press the gas pedal while stopped. Just wondering if anyone has had this issue and if so, what could be causing it. I just had new plugs put in 2 weeks ago, so I know the plugs are good. I've read that it could be the map sensor or a dirty throttle body. If anyone has had this issue and have found a solution, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would connect a scan device and observe live data. What I would pay attention to would include any stored codes, fuel trims, TPS, MAF and ECT data.
