Default Radiator Fluid

I have a 2007 F150 5.4 with 96,000 and wanted to replace the radiator fluid. The fluid has never been changed.. Would you recommend a flush or just a drain and fill? I believe it has the Motorcraft Gold fluid. If I do the drain and fill myself beside the 50/50 how much radiator fluid am I going to need?

Thanks

Buy a big jug. Drain the resivour then drain the rad and engine by pulling both the rad hoses (not the metal ones!). Then refill resivour turn the truck on it will absorb some of the fluid to hold in the engine and rad. Top it off again then start - let it run to warm.

Done. Just buy one big motorcraft 50/50 jug.
