Default Problems after heater core replacement

I am so desperate for help I'm a 63 year old disabled man who has to do all his mechanic work by himself because I'm on a fixed income but after I did the heater core replacement I test drove it for about 3 miles everything was fine and when I got back to the house the engine sounded like it was on its death bed I don't know why I am I just need help

would be helpful to provide info on your truck and a more thorough description of the problem. Not much to go on.

Default Problems after heater core

I'm sorry I'm very new to this the truck is a 2000 Ford f150 7 lug I replaced the heater core and now the engine sounds so bad I'm scared to start it I don't know if that's in relation to the heater core or if it's just something new but it was running fine before I change the heater core
