I have a 2004 f150 Supercrew cab and the rear driver side window stopped working. Are the window motors the same as the front doors? Is it best to replace whole assembly or just motor?

 

I just replaced the entire thing when mine went out. I've had to do it to two windows, and if I remember correctly the front and back are different because of the shape of the glass and the doors themselves. Best of luck!
