Default Power Steering

My 87 f150 has started making the Ford whine. I replaced the p/s fluid but it didn't even help the sound. Any suggestions?

Could be the timing belt slipping on the pulley. Either that or re check and make sure the psf is filled to the correct amount.

Could be the power steering pump going out. Or check the tie rods ends (inner) make sure those sent running against the frame. If they are let me know and ill tell you how to fix that.
