Default Power Loss and sputtering

Hey yall so a couple weeks ago my trucks engine light came on and i went and got the code pulled which was a misfire in cylinder 7. The way it was running and from previous experience i figured it was the spark plugs. So i put in brand new plugs and coils, did a factory reset on the truck and the code went away but still ran a little weak. Thinkin the injectors may have been dirty from all the off-roading i do tried some injector cleaner and still running weak with now a pretty nasty sputter coming out of the exhaust(misfire sound). Fuel filter and injectors are next on my list but does anyone on here have any other idea what it may be? Thanks for the help!

Check your cat. converter (s) if you have lots of miles. They are weird devices.
