When i bought my 01 the power door lock didn't work on the passenger side now my drivers side has started doing the same thing. Anyone else have this problem. Can it be fixed easy or do i have to replace the locking mechanism?

 

Does the dome light dim when you press the button? If it does, hit the bottom of the door with a rubber mallet while holding the switch and it should start working. That means you'll have to get the actuators pretty soon as they'll quit again. I'm sure you checked the fuses.

yeah i checked the fuses and the switches, it does it with my key-less entry too. i tried the rubber mallet thing too, it didnt work i guess i will just go ahead and replace the actuators.
