Default Possible ujoint issue?

2015 f150 3.5 ecoboost, 6’6” box, 160,000klms

Just got back from a 3 month camping trip.
I have this vibration that I feel in the truck at about 100klms and gets worse as I go faster, doesn’t feel like the classic wheel out of balance. Also, it’s worse when I have more tongue weight (camper). To look at the carrier bearing the rubber looks fine. I haven’t had time to really look at it which is next weeks job.
Also, there is a clicking noise sometimes at a very low speed and it seems to happen more when there is the weight on the truck.

Just wondering if the u joints would cause any of this?
One more thing to add to it, when going at a faster speed when gears are not changing I think I have the famous slip bump. When I let go of the gas when coasting down a hill or just at the bottom of the hill give gas again, it seems to change hard but there is no change in gear because it’s in 6th gear.

any thoughts?

Got under the truck and used a bar and all joints and carrier bearing seemed solid.
If i am not mistaken with camper in tow I put the truck in neutral and the vibration went.

Lift the wheels off the ground and then check for play in the joints. Also if there is powdered rust anywhere on the joint, it is bad.

I said "powdered rust" That is from the needle bearings being dried up lacking grease, rusted and grinding up. Powdered rust brushes off, salt rust doesn't.
