Angry Pop and Squeak from Rear

All,
Any advice you guys could provide on an issue I'm having with my 2014 F150 FX4. When I put the truck into reverse and slowly let off the brake there is a creaking sound until it pops. You can see this in the one video I have attached. There is also a high pitch squeak that occurs most obviously at low speeds under 15 mph and comes from the rear. It is definitely a rotational sound. The truck also feels like it "drops" when coming to a stop. Then when I start from a stop, there is a thump as it completes its initial shift.
I have had the whole transmission checked and everything is good including the U-joints. I reset the transmission control module and believe the issue is mechanical. Any advice you guys have is greatly appreciated. Take a look at the videos.

Yes, they were good when I looked (in terms of life left in them) though I guess it could be something with the caliper releasing?

thats kind of what im thinking. your truck is making the same sound that a sticking caliper would. but the squeaking in the second video sounds like pads nearing the end of their life

Roger that guys. Maybe I'll go the route of replacing the rear brake pads.

Alright gentlemen. The pop and squeak was a messed up emergency brake. The rear brakes and emergency brake was replaced which helped with the squeak and pop. Now, however, there is still a lurch when the truck starts from a stop and does that initial shift from first to second. There is also a high pitch continuous squeak when braking moderately......sigh
