Default PO302 code after coolant flush

2007 Ford F-150 5.4L

So today I decided to flush my coolant and heater core. While doing my heater core I did get some water up by the ignition coils. The code in the title is Cylinder 2 miss fire. My engine is run rough.I did not have any issues before the coolant change. Should I be confident in changing this ignition coil?

Thanks in advance for the advise!

Default

Pull the #2 COP and plug and inspect.. may be water in the plug well.. or boot and spring.. use dielectric grease on the boot ends to help seal out moisture.
