Every exhaust system develops condensation on a cold startup. Usually you only see it on the muffler and the tail pipe. This indicates a pinhole in the flange weld or a bad gasket and can be repaired easily or just left alone. Some guys even drill a 1/16" hole in low spots to help keep the exhaust drained, especially if you drive short distances and shut it down.
