PCV for 2000 4.2 Engine

I have bought a Purolator valve to replace the old one. Purolator valve has an assortment of fittings to give different configurations but none of them look like the Motorcraft on the engine. Should I go to Ford dealer and get oem valve?

PCV valves have precise calibrations and it is always advisable to purchase an OEM valve whenever possible.
