Panel instruments shut down

I have a 2005 F150 5.4. At time the panel instruments shut down including the radio. With a "Fonzi" smack to the dash they pop back on. Fuse? Short? Any ideas from my fellow Ford owners? Thanks!

Loose terminal block in the dash wire harness. Get a wire diagram to locate the plug/block in the system but it should be under the dash near the gage cluster. It's a bi##h to get to.
