Default P0345, P0022 Error Codes

Hey, so I'm looking at getting a 2005 F150 with 135k miles. Owner says it runs fine, it just has a check engine light so he scanned it and the P0345, P0022, and P1000 codes are present. I figure its bad phasers and while I'm in there I'm just gonna replace all the timing components and get a high volume oil pump since they've been known to have those problems.
I know there have been other posts about these codes but most people are trying to just change one component to fix the truck. Is it still a good idea to buy this truck, will replacing all the timing components work? Also are there any other items I should cross off the list to fix while I'm in there? I've seen that the VCT solenoids could be causing the P0022 code.

This is a total rookie question, thanks for any help.

P0022 tends to be more of an “out of time” code for that cam. I wouldn’t buy a 5.4 unless I myself saw a remanned 5.4 being dropped in as I handed the cash over. Then again, who goes through that to sell a truck?

Buy the truck knowing you’re about to put a few grand, give or take, into it and see how you feel. If that doesn’t give you warm and fuzzy feels, fine a different truck.

Are the tritons that bad? I've heard they will last a long time if you just replace the timing every 200k or so and put in a better oil pump.
