Change the fuel filter. It could be blocked causing the pump to work harder than it's supposed to.

A dirty fuel filter could possibly be the reason it's starving at WOT. Lack of power at WOT or under heavy load is usually a sign of a dirty fuel filter.

Hey this is my first post and I want to thank every one for their ideas on the P0191 code I replaced the cracked and corroded FPDM on my 05 extended cab this morning and all is well, had to get the Expedition version, grind off the studs and hang it with some nylon ties till I get some longer bolts but I'm mobile for $148.45 cdn taxes in so I'm ecstatic.
