ive got a 90 f150 with a 4.9l i-6 my engine was doin good but in the winter wasnt getting to normal operating temp tried to go to work this morning and got bout a mile down the road and the temp shot up to bout half the gauge then kept climbing i shot it off before it got to hot. im not exactly wat it but im thinkin it might be a t-stat stuck closed but not positive
