Now, before anybody tells me there's already a write up on this, I know. I performed the removal and resistor check operation. No resistors appear to be damaged as in the photos. So, I thought I'd check the fuse. It's the same one which controls trailer lights and 4wd solenoids. Both of these items work, so it's not the fuse, and now has me stumped. Any suggestions as to electrical tests, etc. to perform? Thanks for the help.

 

Nevermind. Apparently one of the solders must've been a little loose. Ran the soldering gun on all the resistors. Now things work :-)
