Has anyone changed there own oil if so what have you used full synthetic or blend?

True... I was just wondering I've seen some people say you should stick with the Motorcraft syn-blend

In any turbo application, I have always used synthetic. The turbo bearings can reach a +600 degree temp when pushed really hard. Synthetics have a better ability to fight oil coking, thus keeping the passages clear of gunk. Again, comes down to personal preference.
