Default OCSM Issue?

Hi everyone:

So I have a Ford F150 XLT 2013.
I am trying to install a new OCS Module on it, but I can’t seem to make it work.

I have forscan and when I run DTCs with the old OCSM I get a DTC from the RCM of “Incorrect component installed” when I run a self test on the OCSM I do not get any codes, however, when I try to calibrate it, it doesn’t let me and it says the service procedure was interrupted. I tried rewriting as-built data onto the RCM but I get the same error of “service procedure interrupted”. The OCSM engineering number is BL34-19G275-AA on the installed (faulty?) OCSM.

When I install the new OCSM, and I run DTCs I get a code on the OCS “missing calibration data” but when I try to calibrate it (reset it) I get the same message of service interrupted. When I try to rewrite as built data onto the RCM, I get the same message that the service was interrupted. The engineering number on the new OCSM is AG13-19G275-AB. Not sure if the slight difference on the number could be the issue?

Summarizing:

Old OCSM: DTC on the RCM of incorrect component installed
New OCSM: DTC on the RCM of incorrect component installed.
DTC on the OCS of missing calibration.

I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone could help please. Appreciate it 🙏
