Default OBD II code P0430 #07E8

Hello everyone, I'm new in this forum and trying to get some advise. I got an engine light on from my 2019 ford F150 2.7L and we tried to scan it and we got the P0430 #07E8 code. Can please someone advise me if anyone had this issue before. Thanks.

Typically points to an O2 sensor or catalytic converter. Driver's side, IIRC.

Yes, Bank 2 is driver's side.
Take a look at this website https://www.obd-codes.com/p0430
Inspect the wiring to the O2 sensors on the driver's side to see if it is chafed or melted.
Do you have any other codes?
When I purchased my 2007 used in 2017 it had a P0430 and check engine light and I played with O2 sensors to no avail. After a couple of years I changed to driver's side cat and problem was resolved.

As a side note
In my case, the Bank 2 catalytic converter that was removed was taken to a recycle center and it was determined that it was empty. Bank 2 catalytic converter was empty when I bought the truck thus the continuous check engine light.
Catalytic Converter-Direct Fit Left Eastern Mfg fits 06-08 Ford F-150 4.6L-V8 was ordered from e-bay $162. Its been installed for 3 years with no issues.

Find a recycling center (a city or county run center will not give you anything for your old cat) for your old cats as they are worth lots of money (it varies due metal price variations) and my guess is that you will get about $200 for your old cat. I once had a cat off of a Honda that I got $820 for at PGM. PGM of Texas has hundreds of recycling centers around the US and you probably have one near you. You will need proof of ownership for your cats or they will not take them.

It is unlikely that the problem is the downstream O2 sensor. These are almost always a failed converter (usually due to something else causing the engine to run rich).

FWIW, Ford's emission warranty is 8/80 in the US (except CA where it's only 7/70). See your owner's manual for information.
