Post O2 sensor question

Hey all. I'm getting a sometime intermittent P0150 error code pointing at Bank 2 Sensor 1. I know this sensor is on the driver side. My first is whether to go with a OEM Motorcraft sensor (my normal inclination) or would an aftermarket sensor do just fine? Secondly, why the heck the disparity in price between the two upstream sensors? Thirdly, have any of you ever dealt with fordpartsgiant.com? They claim anyway that they sell genuine Motorcraft parts, and the O2 sensor is a heck of a lot cheaper there than from Ford directly.. Lastly, am I risking any engine damage if I let this go for a bit? Money is really tight right now and I'd have a hard time coming up with the $173 Ford wants. Any adviice or comments will be greatly appreciated. Later y'al!

We could help you more if we knew what you're talking about. Put all the truck's details into your signature as this caption explains:

Fault codes do NOT indicate parts that need replacement - they indicate circuits that are out-of-spec. Replacing a sensor will rarely bring a circuit back to spec, especially if that original sensor (which is typically MUCH-higher quality than any replacement) is accurately indicating a fuel problem. Read & understand the COMPLETE definition of any code; don't pick a word or part name out of it. And if you post a code, post the complete definition with each one so we don't have to go look them up.

Fine. How much of the sticker information do you need? Is the VIN essential? I'm only asking 'cause I don't KNOW. By my nature I am leery of publicly posting stuff like that. If you need it then fine, The printout I got is from Autozone and I, of course have no idea if it has all the info you want. Here's what it does say for a definition: "Code P0150 indicates a fault in the Bank 2 sensor 1 O2 electrical circuit for a predetermined amount of time" Under "Error Codes Read" it repeated the fault 3 times with the same information.
