2000 4.2 5speed, for some reason I have no high beam, fuse 16 is good, and I don't see a reference anywhere for any other fuse / relay to check. Flash to pass is also inop, but the high beam indicator works. Any ideas?

Have you looked at the bulbs?

That would be too easy Maurice LOL. When you pull back on your lever to initiate the high beams, you should hear a click up under the dash. If not, then the relay has went out.
