Need help!! Lca stuck!

so I’m installing leveling kit. Went to drop lower control arm and now the right side is free but the left side bushing is in a bind. / <—- like this. How to I get it unstuck??

I would ask your question in the general forum or in the forum for your generation of truck. These sub forums don't get many views, you might get a quicker answer.
