Cool Need help diagnosing F150

I have a 2006 F150 4.6L RWD I'm getting a really bad knocking/rattling from the engine paired with white smoke from the exhaust. Does anyone have any ideas about what it might be from and how I should go about repairing it?

The video below on the issue

How does the oil on the dipstick look? That sounds terrible, and expensive.

What's the history? Were you doing a smokey burnout?

Might just be low on oil. The "white smoke" looks like typical cold morning water vapor.

Check the oil. It will tell you something. Oil is important. Very.
