Default Need Help!

Hello,

I own a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT 5.4 L 2WD with 116,000 miles on it.

The problem that I am having is that when I accelerate from a stop my truck will hesitates and it will make a weird thumping noise when I hit the gas pedal. And sometimes at a low RPM my truck will hesitate when I am driving, but other than that it drives fine.

Also my fuse #14 keeps popping?

I have replaced the following

-new motorcraft fuel injectors
-new MAF sensor
-coils
-spark plugs at 100,000 miles
-o2 sensors
-fuel filter
-new evap purge valve
-new intake manifold
-transmission rebuilt at 100,000

What could it be?
