Default Multiple codes out of the blue

Ok I am looking to see if anybody has had this problem and what fixed it.
I have a 2001 Ford f-150 5.4 ltr eng. 136k for miles.
Just after new years I started truck, it had beeen sittin for 4 days and temp was below 0. It ran rough for a little time and then i put it in rev. gear. The tranny shifted hard to rev.as if sitting on a hill. Backing out of drivway the truck ran fine till I placed it to drive.
This is when it started to run rough and as I drove I noticed it never changed gears (safe mode). I was able to run at about 40 mph 3000 RPM.
After I shutdown and restarted truck was when the chk eng Lt came on along with flashing OD Lt on shifter, and was still running rough.
Got codes from Advanced Auto Parts and got a nice little list. They told me to get Transmision flushed (fluid was not changed in some time) and see if this would free up the shift solenoid. This was done and still no change.
Codes that I have.
P1747 EPC CIRCUIT SHORTED
P0750 SHIFT SOLENOID A
P0755 SHIFT SOLENOID B
P0743 TRQ CONVERTER CLUTCH CIRCUIT ELECTRICAL

Ok! For those of you interested, the problem I found out was the #23 fuse 15amp for the EPC. I found this out from a different blog through google. The guy had the exact problems as I and codes.
Thanks or those of you that looked

Thanks for posting the answer for your problem. I am sure someone here would have spoke up if they had known the answer.
