Post MPG's

Thought I would start a new thread to get a general idea what kind of MPG's everyones truck is getting. I have a 2005 F-150 4.2L. It has 30,000 miles on it. No mods done on it, I use castrol 10w-30 oil. Last tank of gas, I averaged 23.5 mpg. Thats with not using the AC and driving like a grandpa. But, with gas at $4.00/gal. I can't afford to step into the pedal anymore.
Now, before gas jumped up so high, I would push that gas pedal to the floor, I averaged about 12 mpg. This time, I grandpa'd it and got 23.5, but this was the first time. I am going to try it again to see if I can mirror the same results.
