Question MPG-Spark Plug Replacement

(2014 4x4 5.0 SCREW Platinum-76,500 miles) I recently noticed a drop of 1-1.5 mpg, varies on driving conditions. I don't think there's any impact but I just installed Bilstein 5100 self leveling shocks and new tires same size as before (275/60R20 P Metric). Last time oil changed tech told me throttle body looked carbed up and suggested cleaning. Was also wondering if plugs could need replacing at this mileage? Take off does seems somewhat sluggish...Feedback appreciated

yea new plugs and boots would probably help. took about 45 min on my 3.5eb. change the boots with the plugs is what my parts department recommended.

when my truck was parked i had a slight rough idle too. theses newer motors seam sensitive about plug gap.
