I have an 01 F-150 5.4L 145K miles. Ive been chasing a missfire, removed #6 and #7 coil pack and found water and anti freeze in the plug cavity. This is not the first time Ive seen this, I cannot find any leak and the fluid level is always good. Anybody else have this, with maybe a fix or an idea where the water comes from. I cleaned out and its fine now but it will come back.
