Default MAF, TPS, or Knock Sensor?

I have a 2003 Supercrew with a 5.4 liter. It runners better the colder it is outside. It started out with bank 1 and bank 2 system lean codes with bank 1 and bank 2 O2 sensors lean codes and Misfire cylinder 3 code. I have changed the coil pack and all plugs and never got rid of the system lean codes or misfire code, but the O2 sensor code never came back. Took it to a machanic and had it put on a diagnostic machine with no better results. I unhooked the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and the idle didnt change so i replaced the fuel pressure regualr and filter along with the #3 injector. Now i have bank 1 and 2 rich codes with a misfire on 3 and now my #3 plug is soaked with fuel. My compression on cylinder 3 is 110 psi. I have changed the DPFE sensor, EVR solenoid, and the IAC valve. It has a slight rough idle and it starts to run rough at cruising speeds or when i hold the accelorater steady. I have worked on this for 2 months and it has me stumped.
