Default Loss of Performance With Hot Weather

Can't figure this one out. Now before I start, I do believe the turbo on the right side has gone out. When the temp outside is roughly 65 to 70 degrees, there are no issues. We've had temps around 96 the last few days and mornings are fine but as the temp gets hotter, the truck starts to have issues with throttle. I don't floor it but I ease it up to say 40mph then it's like it loses power, kind of out of gas feeling but the engine still runs and idles just fine. I have to small pump the gas pedal to get it up to say 55 then I have to maintain a steady small pump/release of the gas pedal to keep it up to speed. You press the gas a bit and it dies down, pump it back up with little pump and releases. That's how I got it back from our camping trip. 6 hours of pump/release through the mountains just to get home. Now I do have to say that I haven't been able to floor it for months due to I think the turbo has gone out. Interestingly enough, about a month ago it threw a P0305 so I replaced the #5 coil and plug and that error went away but no errors are being thrown on it until today. Because I was pump/release on the gas going up the mountain, it threw a AdvanceTrack error on the display along with hill descent control fault but has since gone away. No error codes. Any thoughts?
