Default A list of issues

Hi all,
I'm driving a 2010 5.4L, and yesterday I got my oil changed and some servicing done, but later during the day I'd start hearing a high frequency vibration/chatter, which later last night while idling in the drive through escalated to harsher louder clanking, my engine starting violently shaking in spurts and was moaning as if it was about to conk out on me; I pulled aside to see how'd it'd sound out of truck, but as I drove home, the whole scene just sorta stopped. Now that subtle metal on metal vibrating sound is back, but I can't pull up any error codes, the check engine never came on. Really wondering what might be going on, and how much this is gunna run my wallet.

I had it changed at the dealership, along with my front brakes and a turn signal(so fairly irrelevant), the truck's at 108k in km so roughly 65k in miles.

I would stop back by the Dealership and explain what happend after you drove off from their service...they may have knocked a plug off...had Ford Dealer change out a bad idler pully and got in the truck and the CEL was light...they had knocked the VCT solenoid plug off...

I would go back to the dealer, in fact I'd have it towed there. If they installed a defective oil filter and you have lost oil pressure several times it may have damaged the motor completely. Without the full service history of what they just did, it's hard to really know
