LED tail lights with resistors have hyperflash

LED tail lights w/ resisters having issues
I have a 2013 xlt f150 i just put new LED tail lights on but still has its stock headlights. All the lights still operate, both left turn signal and four ways operate as normal. But my right turn signal has hyperflash when it came with resistors and all connections are tight. Any ideas?
