Default Lean codes

Help needed.
I have a 2006 ford f150 4.2 so far I've replaced wires, plugs, coil pack, fuel injectors, fuel rail pressure regulator this was all within past 3 months. Little over a year ago i did fuel pump and fuel filter.
now what is happening i got a rough idle with lean code replaced injectors rough idle fixed still have lean codes so I pull the fpdm fuel pump driver module it's completely rusted through cool replace that lean codes are gone. And now fuel rail pressure sensor code is on. Replaced rail pressure sensor didn't fix it. So I ordered a new fpdm installed that and the rail pressure code goes away and the lean codes come back wtf is going on here. I put old fpdm back lean code gone rail pressure code pops . Are they both possibly bad or am I missing something here 🤔

How about cleaning the MAF and see what you get. Quick and east with MAF cleaning spray.

One thing that would cause lean on both banks was the intake manifold gaskets and isolator bolts on the 10G 4.2 engines. Those are still the same design on the 11G truck 4.2, but it doesn’t seem to be as common…probably with the 4.2 being banished to only regular cabs at that point.
