IWE noise on only on left wheel.
Hello, I've read tons of posts about bad solenoids, vaccum leaks and check valves. My question is, can one of the above issues effect just one wheel? or does this point to a bad actuator on that wheel itself? I disconnected the solenoid for now and the noise has stopped.

Likely a vacuum leak somewhere, could be the IWE leaking. Get a vacuum pump and start checking everything.
