My 2003 4.2 has developed a very short miss. It happens occasionally and acts like the engine shuts off for a fraction of a second . Never trips a code. Does it at highway speed other than that it runs great.
Any help would be appreciated.

 

Most likely it's a coil, spark plug or a lack of fuel.. It's a vague of answer to your vague question.
