Default insufficient flow from CAT & o2 sensor

Hey guys, im getting codes (ill give you the exact ones later) but they were saying insufficient flow from the cat, and a problem with the o2 sensor right behind it. I have a feeling the insufficient flow could be causing the code for the sensor. What's your guys opinion? I don't really wanna take it to a shop for them to charge me to tell me what's wrong. Could it be a computer issue?

Never heard of that description for a fault, you sure it's not catalyst efficiency below threshold?

Hi.

Did this resolve yer issue?

Bad PCV, burning oil, misfires, leaking injectors, etc, can all contribute to catalyst failures. On balance, internal coolant leaks can compromise an O2.

Find the root cause - don't waste yer money on replacing good parts.

good luck

I phrased that bad. I never got a code for a catalyst on bank 2, just the sensor. Now the sensor on 1 isn't coming up bad, just the catalyst
