Default Instrument Cluster Problem Helped needed

Hi Guys,
I have a 2010 6.2 F150 Raptor, and as I moved to Beijing, China, I imported my truck here (there are quite a lot of F150s here by the way). My truck went dead during a off road section last week, and a guy from local ford dealer helped me with some sort of ECU rest to get the truck started and limped home. Long words short, it turned out that some modules of the instrument cluster is dead, I can now drive it but my coolant temp gauge, trans oil temp gauge, etc gone dead. The ford dealer here said I will need a new instrument cluster assy. To confirm this I swapped in the instrument cluster from my friend's F150 Raptor of same year, guess what the engine wont even start! Here comes the problem, they also told me that there is some sort of anti theft system in the cluster, therefore I can just buy a new one and install it, the cluster needs to be programmed / calibrated in some way (to the same milage I have for example). Does anyone here has experience with this, I can order the instrument cluster online but how can I get it programmed?

Help needed.

The clusters don't need to be programmed. A friend of mine bought a FX4 cluster and put it in his STX. Plug and play, no programming needed. Not sure if the 2010 is different but i doubt it.

Well, I did tried to swap in a instrument cluster from my friend's Raptor (exact model same year), the engine wont start. But my old cluster worked fine except that few gauges wont response.
